O’Neil Harrell — President and Founder
O’Neil has worked in the construction field for over 45 years. He founded South State Contractors Incorporated after his U.S. Air Force tour of duty ended in 1968.
Matt Harrell — VP of Field Operations
Matt grew up working construction during his summers. He joined the company full time after his graduation from Delta State University in 1990.
John Harrell — VP of Administration
John worked part time during his youth for the company, then joined the company full time after graduating from Brown University in 1996.
Kristi Epley — Office Manager
Kristi maintains daily office efficiency by supervising Administrative, and Accounting operations.
David Essenpreis — Fabrication Supervisor
David oversees the daily Architectural Metal Fabrications.
George Morris — Warehouse Manager/Safety
George provides logistical support and maintains safety compliance.
